Uses
1. Authorizes Agent to attend meetings, access privileged/sensitive information on behalf of Principal. Example: Bank information, IRS information.
2. Authorizes Agent to make decisions on behalf of Principal. Example: sign/claim/deposit checks, sign contracts, hire personnel.
3. Authorizes Agent to make day to day decisions on behalf of Principal when Principal is declared incapacitated without court appointment.
4. Authorizes Agent to create/modify/revoke trusts on behalf of Principal if “super powers.”
