Coronel David Law Firm serves Central Florida business owners, property owners and families from Lake Mary, with counsel delivered in English and Spanish.
Attorney Diana Coronel David founded the firm on a simple observation: business owners do not experience their legal needs in the categories the profession uses to organize itself. The company, the building, the partnership, the family and the estate are one life. Splitting them across four firms produces four plans that were never reconciled.
The firm has advanced a holistic legal planning model that combines business law, asset protection, real estate, business succession, and estate planning under one coordinated framework. By bridging practice areas that are often delivered separately, the firm helps clients proactively protect, grow, and transfer wealth while aligning personal, business, and legacy planning objectives.
All of these legal strategies are offered to clients in English and Spanish, expanding access to sophisticated legal counsel for Central Florida's business and Hispanic communities. That access is not incidental to the practice. A client who signs a document they do not fully understand has not been well served, regardless of how well the document was drafted.

Scope before fees
You receive a written scope and fee arrangement before work begins. Surprise invoices damage the relationship the engagement depends on.
Plain language
Documents are explained in the language you are most comfortable in, until you can state in your own words what each one does.
The full picture
Intake covers entities, property, contracts, insurance and existing documents, because a plan built on partial information is a plan with a gap in it.
Implementation counts
Drafting is half the work. Funding a trust, assigning interests and recording deeds is the half that determines whether the plan functions.
